Authors' Ethical Responsibilities


Authors who submit papers to LEGAL are expected to comply with the following ethical responsibilities:

* Submitted papers of the authors must be original. When authors make use of other papers they  have to refer to these, and/or cite to these completely and accurately.

* Persons who do not contribute to the content of the papers intellectually, shall not be designated as authors.

* If there are any conflict of interests, or conflicting connections of the submitted papers for publication these must be declared.

* During the review process, all sorts of data, and information may be requested from the authors. In this event, authors must be ready to submit the requested data, and information to the editors, and to the editorial board.

* Authors must have the legal rights to use the data used, and the re Yazarlar kullanılan verilerin kullanım haklarına, araştırma/analizlerle ilgili gerekli izinlere sahip olduklarını veya deney yapılan deneklerin rızasının alındığını gösteren belgeye sahip olmalıdır.

* If authors notice any error or mistake in their paper during the review process or in a published article, they are under an obligation to inform the journal editor or the publisher and to cooperate with the editor during the correction or retraction process.

*Authors may not simultaneously submit their papers to multiple journals. Each application must follow the completion of a previous application. A paper published in another journal may not be submitted to LEGAL.  

* Once the paper's review process starts, the responsibilities (adding an author, changing the order, excluding the name of an author) of the author may not proposed to be changed.
